To do this we offer a service that will help you to maximise your use of your conference management software. We can look at how you use the programme, train your staff and if required, offer support during the actual conference or event.
Virtual Event Solutions:
In the current climate many businesses are opting to deliver their conference virtually. We say – no problem! Using OnAIR software we can deliver an entirely virtual conference – or hybrid version if you prefer. This can include live streaming or pre-recorded video presentations complete with live Q&As and live polling, a virtual trade exhibition with pre-scheduled appointments if required, and even the Meeting Hub – a virtual networking platform. The technology to deliver this is very reliable and we have already had numerous, delighted clients! We also work with experienced technical partners to deliver onsite and technical services if required.
Who We Are:
Francie Gaiger is the owner of esc. While employed by a local Professional Conference Organiser, Francie worked closely with the team at Centium Software learning how to obtain desired outcomes from EventsAIR, rather than change her company’s systems and processes. Having gained valuable practical experience working in this environment she is now sharing her knowledge with clients through her business Event Systems Consulting.
Her resourceful and intuitive efforts were recognised by EventsAIR when she was named the inaugural “Innovator of the Year” and she has completed training to become a certified virtual event planner using EventsAIR’s OnAIR solution.
Since launching esc in 2017, Francie has worked as a trainer for Centium, independently advising clients, and providing conference administration and staff training.
